1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeedway platform and all its services. They form a legally binding agreement between jeedway and its users ("Members").

Jeedway is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws and regulations of their country before using the platform.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. The Bengali version takes precedence in case of any discrepancy.
• Jeedway reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Jeedway, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence.
• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, address, and accurate contact details.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited.

If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, Jeedway reserves the right to close the account and withhold the balance.

3Deposit Policy

Deposits at Jeedway can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless a verified technical error is proven.
• Jeedway reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• Large withdrawal requests may require additional verification.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Jeedway offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome in any game or event, the affected bet will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets placed on that event will be settled in accordance with Jeedway's policy.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by RNG technology, verified by a third party.
• Any attempt to cheat using betting strategies or automated software will result in account termination.
• Odds in Sports Betting may change in real time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeedway and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other members.
• Contacting the support team with threatening or abusive language.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Jeedway may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members who wish to close their account may contact the support team. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

Jeedway will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to disconnection or technical issues.
• Account security failures resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Payment delays due to disruptions in third-party services (e.g., mobile banking).
• Force majeure — including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.

Jeedway's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited in the member's account under any circumstances.

10Responsible Gaming

Jeedway genuinely cares about the wellbeing and mental health of its members. To promote responsible gaming, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily self-exclude your account for a set period if you choose.

11Policy on Changes to Terms
